Beginning March 1st, 2024, a 6% Service Fee will be applied to all orders to offset rising employment costs.

We recognize that this is a large change from our previous business model. Rather than raising prices item by item, we believe that this service fee is the best way to continue providing great jobs to our team members while ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests.

Gratuity, in addition to this fee, is greatly appreciated but not required. Gratuity supports a fair, livable wage for the hourly team members you see in our locations while the service charge ensures all team members, in every position, earn a fair, livable wage.

The gratuity you leave is pooled and distributed entirely to our amazing team members responsible for both creating the ice cream in the kitchen and serving our customers in the dining room.
