Sundae - 16th: Grand Opening June 13th

The excitement is real, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that our new location, Sundae - 16th, will have its Grand Opening on Saturday, June 13th at 1600 Glenarm Place & 16th Street in Denver! This new chapter marks a huge milestone for us; we’re filled with joy as we embark on this remarkable journey. 

Sundae was founded by Kent Beidel alongside the unwavering support of his wife Christy and their two daughters Sophia and Madison. From the beginning, Kent wanted to create something more than just a typical ice cream shop. His vision was to craft an experience - a space where people could gather, connect, and feel the joy of community. At Sundae, our mission is more than scoops and cones; we strive to create moments of happiness, to spread joy, one scoop at a time.

We are especially proud of the talented team at Sundae and are so grateful for the everyday support from our communities. Originally born in the Rocky Mountains, Sundae’s journey began in 2016, when we opened our very first store in the iconic ski town of Vail, Colorado. From Vail to Edwards, Glenwood Springs, Snowmass, and then Basalt, our mountain-town roots have shaped us, and we’re thrilled to bring that same spirit to the bustling streets of Downtown Denver.
